ThroughLine sets a daily call limit on each client application that has access to the API. This is to ensure our current infrastructure is not overloaded.
The rate limit is measured on a 24-hour rolling window. The window starts when the first call is made and resets 24 hours later. There is no fixed time during the day when the window resets. If the window resets and no calls are made for a given key, a new window is not opened until the next call is made for a given client application.

Production tier applications may have their daily limit increased upon request.
