Sandbox vs Production

there are two tiers of applications that can be created for the api when you're building, we recommend using the credentials from a sandbox application when you're ready to launch your integration, use the credentials from a production tier application sandbox this is a free tier that provides access to all the available endpoints, but only a limited set of the available data requests using sandbox tier application credentials are limited to helplines which are based in new zealand or the united states of america support people with issues relating to abuse & domestic violence, gender & sexual identity, or suicidal thoughts opening hours and support types are not included in the helpline data at this tier production once you have a subscription, the production tier will become available when creating an application a subscription provides access to all available verified helpline data in all locations
