Sandbox vs Production

There are two tiers of Applications that can be created for the API. When you're building, we recommend using the credentials from a Sandbox application. When you're ready to launch your integration, use the credentials from a Production tier application.

This is a free tier that provides access to all the available endpoints, but only a limited set of the available data.

Opening hours and support types are not included in the helpline data at this tier.

Once you have a subscription, the Production tier will become available when creating an Application. A subscription provides access to all available verified helpline data in all locations.
