The API currently returns all content in English (US). 

Content in alternative languages is currently not supported.

However, helpline names in the API are provided in the official language of the helpline, as confirmed by the helpline when verifying. In addition, there may be examples where a helpline has provided a description in the primary language in which they provide support. In these cases, this content will be returned by the API
