Integrating the web app
1. Agree to web app design
We will work with you to ensure the widget is styled according to your needs. We will provide you with a production web app 48 hours after sign-off.
2. Copy and paste web app unique link into your product
Copy the unique link we provide and paste it into your product where you would like to refer users to support. When users click this link, they will be directed to your ThroughLine web app.
