Websites and applications using the ThroughLine API are bound by the [Sandbox Terms and Conditions](https://developer.throughlinecare.com/sandbox-terms-and-conditions-terms), [Standard Terms](https://developer.throughlinecare.com/standard-terms), and Service Order (if applicable).

Caching, storing or indexing is not permitted for any content, except countries and topics entities, or the helpline\_id attribute that can be cached to improve the performance of your website or application.

You must abide by the following rules around retaining data from the ThroughLine API:

- **helpline\_id**: unlimited caching is allowed to improve the performance of your application.
- **Country entity**: unlimited caching is allowed to improve the performance of your website or application.
- **Topic entity**: unlimited caching is allowed to improve the performance of your application.
- **All other attributes and entities**: No caching, storing or indexing is permitted.
